Only eligible reports with cleared publication and licensing rights will be available. Custom commissions are separate. Final usage, delivery and cancellation terms will be shown before checkout opens.
Cancellations and refunds
- Before work starts, we refund the payment.
- For one-off custom services, if you cancel after work starts, we refund the price paid minus the documented value of the work already completed, with an itemized explanation.
- For quarterly and annual service packages, we refund undelivered services and unearned work at their allocated package prices. No retroactive full-price penalties.
- For publication preorders, undelivered issues are refundable at their allocated purchase price: $395 for a single issue or $373.75 per issue in the four-issue package. Delivered issues have no change-of-mind refund; remedies for non-delivery, material defects or misdescription are preserved.
- For report-credit plans, we refund unused credits at their actual purchase value. Redeemed credits remain charged.
- Downloaded reports and kits have no change-of-mind refund after delivery. Remedies for non-delivery, material defects or misdescription are preserved.
- We do not deduct processing costs from a refund owed because we failed to provide the agreed service.
- All cancellations are reviewed manually. No blanket nonrefundable annual fees or automatic refund loop.
