How is this different from a full assessment?
The screening covers fewer claims and a narrower evidence set. If the question requires technical validation or deeper professional-background research, a separate engagement is scoped before work begins.
What does a quarterly or annual option include?
The proposed quarterly commission includes 3 screenings; annual includes 12. Each screening has the same stated per-company and claim caps. This is prepaid, bounded work, not unlimited support.
Can I purchase a report that already exists?
Existing-report licenses are a different purchase type. No completed reports are currently available for purchase. Licensing requires cleared publication and redistribution rights.
Cancellations and refunds
- Before work starts, we refund the payment.
- For one-off custom services, if you cancel after work starts, we refund the price paid minus the documented value of the work already completed, with an itemized explanation.
- For quarterly and annual service packages, we refund undelivered services and unearned work at their allocated package prices. No retroactive full-price penalties.
- For report-credit plans, we refund unused credits at their actual purchase value. Redeemed credits remain charged.
- Downloaded reports and kits have no change-of-mind refund after delivery. Remedies for non-delivery, material defects or misdescription are preserved.
- We do not deduct processing costs from a refund owed because we failed to provide the agreed service.
- All cancellations are reviewed manually. No blanket nonrefundable annual fees or automatic refund loop.
