What to provide
Identify the company and the intended use, list up to three requirements, and describe the documents available for review. Use the request form to discuss scope; do not send confidential or sensitive material through a public form. Document-sharing arrangements must be agreed separately.
What is outside this scope
- No interviews, site visits or independent laboratory validation.
- No financial audit, solvency assessment, legal checks or compliance certification.
- No full technical due diligence, exhaustive supplier investigation or guarantee of suitability.
- No assumption that a company’s claims have been independently verified just because they appear in supplied documents.

This price is for new commissioned work, not a license to an existing report. No recurring term or automatic renewal is included. Enter the company and your requirements in our checkout, review the scope and cancellation terms, then pay securely through Stripe. The total is $395 USD once, with no sales tax collected at launch. Document collection and reviewed PDF delivery are handled separately.

Payment, delivery & cancellation terms
These terms apply to the $395 USD one-time Partner & Supplier Fit Check described above.
- Review and accept the stated scope and cancellation terms at checkout before payment.
- We deliver a PDF by email within five business days after payment and receipt of the required documents.
- No extra work is charged without your agreement.
To discuss your request or cancellation, contact support@athelguard.com. Card payments are handled through Stripe after you accept the stated scope and terms. We collect the required documents and deliver the reviewed PDF separately. This is not an instant report download, subscription or catalog-credit purchase. Read our payment privacy information.
Questions before you begin
Does this confirm that a supplier is suitable?
No. The memo describes what the reviewed evidence supports, what is missing and what needs further investigation. It does not guarantee suitability or replace your procurement decision.
What happens if the evidence is incomplete or two hours is not enough?
The review stays within the agreed two-hour cap. Missing evidence and unresolved requirements are recorded rather than treated as verified. Any additional work requires a separate quote and your agreement; there is no automatic charge or extension.
When would a deeper technical assessment be appropriate?
If the decision requires a deeper examination of a technology claim or technical domain, review the scope of an Independent Technical Assessment. That is a separately scoped engagement, not an included upgrade.
Cancellations and refunds
- Before work starts, we refund the payment.
- For this $395 Fit Check, if you cancel after work starts, we refund $395 minus the documented value of the work already completed, with an itemized explanation.
- For quarterly and annual service packages, we refund undelivered services and unearned work at their allocated package prices. No retroactive full-price penalties.
- For report-credit plans, we refund unused credits at their actual purchase value. Redeemed credits remain charged.
- Downloaded reports and kits have no change-of-mind refund after delivery. Remedies for non-delivery, material defects or misdescription are preserved.
- We do not deduct processing costs from a refund owed because we failed to provide the agreed service.
- All cancellations are reviewed manually. No blanket nonrefundable annual fees or automatic refund loop.
