What does “background” mean here?
The service concerns professional history, experience, venture involvement and stated credentials within the agreed scope. It does not rate a pitch or promise to predict a person’s future behavior.
Are founder reports public?
Engagement findings are private. Any later catalog listing or report licensing requires a separate purpose, consent and rights review. The public preview contains no real person records.
How do recurring terms work?
The proposed quarterly commission includes 2 audits; annual includes 8. Each audit retains the stated founder, claim, venture and jurisdiction caps. There is no automatic renewal.
Cancellations and refunds
- Before work starts, we refund the payment.
- For one-off custom services, if you cancel after work starts, we refund the price paid minus the documented value of the work already completed, with an itemized explanation.
- For quarterly and annual service packages, we refund undelivered services and unearned work at their allocated package prices. No retroactive full-price penalties.
- For report-credit plans, we refund unused credits at their actual purchase value. Redeemed credits remain charged.
- Downloaded reports and kits have no change-of-mind refund after delivery. Remedies for non-delivery, material defects or misdescription are preserved.
- We do not deduct processing costs from a refund owed because we failed to provide the agreed service.
- All cancellations are reviewed manually. No blanket nonrefundable annual fees or automatic refund loop.
